We were honored to attend the Flower Bar at Pruitt Health, where residents and staff created beautiful floral arrangements together. The room was filled with bright blooms and sparkling smiles. These small shared moments of creativity and joy can make a big impact in someone’s day.
Sharing Sweet Appreciation
Valentine’s Week also gave us the perfect reason to visit some of our valued community partners. We delivered sweet treats as a small token of our gratitude for the trust, collaboration, and referrals that help us support seniors throughout South Jacksonville. Strong partnerships allow us to ensure continuity of care and provide families with the support they need during important transitions
Advocating for Our Veterans
At our monthly advocacy meeting, we focused on Veteran education, sharing information about available resources and benefits. Supporting those who have served our country is deeply important to us. When families understand the options available to them, they are better equipped to access the care and services their loved ones deserve.
Celebrating at the Senior Center
We were also proud to sponsor the Senior Center’s Valentine’s Party. The celebration was filled with music, laughter, friendship, and plenty of festive fun. Watching folks connect and just enjoy the afternoon together was a beautiful reminder that community is at the heart of healthy aging.
