From networking events like May the Fork Be With You, Cinco de Mayo celebrations, SPIN Clay County, and Mother’s Day festivities, to spreading appreciation to our amazing CNA’s, Case Managers, and Social Workers — we’ve stayed active throughout both Clay and Duval Counties building relationships and supporting our community.
- Help Veterans better understand and navigate their VA benefits
- Support caregivers and families during difficult transitions
- Celebrate special milestones like a diamond wedding anniversary!
- Participate in Food Truck Friday, networking socials, educational webinars, and senior community events
- Continue promoting fall prevention and safety resources for seniors
We are incredibly grateful for every facility, partner, caregiver, veteran, resident, and family who welcomed us through their doors this month. The relationships we continue building throughout our community are what make this work so meaningful.
